นักเรียนกำหนดระยะเวลาเรียนได้เช่น 3-6-9-12 เดือน หรือ ซัมเมอร์คอร์ส Summer Course ระยะเวลา 1-2 เดือน ในระหว่างปิดภาคการศึกษา หรือนับเป็นสัปดาห์ตามความสะดวก ส่วนศูนย์ภาษาของมหาวิทยาลัยและสถาบันเทคโนโลยีต่างๆ (University English Langauge Centres) นั้นส่วนใหญ่เปิดเรียนทุกต้นเดือนตลอดปี

Both TOEFL and IELTS are used extensively in New Zealand to determine entry to higher learning. Visas

It is easy to come to New Zealand to study. If you enroll for less than 12 weeks you will apply for a tourist visa. But if you enroll for studying over 13 weeks you will be granted a student visa..
